License Renewal requires 24 hours every 2 years.   A minimum of 3 hours in each of the following categories is required:

  • Real Estate Legal Issues
  • Commissioner's Standards
  • Contract Law
  • Agency Law
  • Fair Housing
  • Disclosure

The remaining 6 hours are General or you can repeat a category with a different course number and use it as General. Click here for a list of our renewal hours seminars.

If you have renewed your license and it is valid for four years you must report the first 24 credits of CE before the end of the first 24 months of that four year cycle. The second 24 credits must be taken DURING the second 24 months (you cannot take them "early"). Your credits must be reported to the Department through the online reporting system at www.azre.gov prior the the end of each CE period, You may enter your CE credits at any time, even immediately after completion of a class. It is not necessary to wait until the 24th month to enter all the credits at once.

Online courses are a convenient alternative to fulfill your Real Estate Continuing Education requirements.  You can order and complete the courses at any time from the comforts of your home!
