in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards
for successful completion of any course.
COURSE
REQUIREMENTS
You are required
to complete a course to receive credit for that course. Upon completion of the course work, mail/fax
the signed certification statement
to C. David McVay School (fax: 602-749-5272).

All courses must be completed
within 180 days from date of purchase.

REFUNDS: You have the right to cancel your registration for any reason up to five (5) business days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation of a registration must be made by contacting C. David McVay School by phone, FAX, or e-mail. The request must be received by C. David McVay School before midnight of the fifth business day from the date of purchase.
COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATES: One certificate will be emailed to you after the completion of all courses if you are taking a 24-hour package. Should you take single courses, a certificate will be emailed after each course. |

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued if you are experiencing technical problems that cannot be solved using Technical Support (1-800-442-1149). Refunds will not be issued to students who purchase a course and later find that they cannot satisfy the minimum system requirements for running the course. (Requirements can be found on the "Online Courses" page.) |

A cancellation fee will be charged to cancel a registration. The amount of the cancellation fee is 15% of the total purchase amount.
After each “final exam”, you are able to print your certificate.
TECHNICAL ISSUES: Outside of the five business day refund policy, you will be eligible for a refund only if Tech Support (1-800-743-8703) determines that your problem is not correctable. After a technician determines that your technical problem is not correctable, then you will be instructed to contact C. David McVay School to initiate a refund. Please note: Tech Support cannot issue a refund to you under any circumstances. |
